SQUID SURVIVAL
The real-life Squid Game opened to the public in Osaka, Japan, hosted by the Japan Multicultural Center. Around 200 Japanese participants competed for a cash prize of up to 450,000 yen, with the prize proportioned to the number of participants. Wearing their player numbers and green uniforms, the players faced 14 different games over two hours, narrowing down to six winners.
The event was organized by staff from Korea and supported by JMCC youth volunteers to ensure a safe and exciting experience for all players.
